What We Do

Specialized Disaster Recovery Services

We focus exclusively on disaster-driven scopes of work - where urgency, accuracy, and compliance are non-negotiable.
Our services include:

Results That Speak for Themselves

In just six months, our team successfully elevated 27 homes along the Outer Banks of North Carolina—ranging from older MHUs to waterfront brick homes. We navigated complex CAMA permitting, adapted to varying soil types and foundation designs, and executed every lift with precision. That’s the kind of real-world experience we bring to every project.

Our Team

We’re a team of 44 professionals spread across three states, united by shared values and a commitment to excellence. Our veteran-led leadership brings operational rigor to everything we do, from mobilization logistics to field execution and client communication.

Our crews understand the communities we serve and bring hands-on experience across different construction types, soil conditions, foundation designs, and permitting environments - from the marshlands of Florida to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Subcontractors Welcome. Opportunities That Build Communities.

At Shepherd Response, we believe in doing work that matters - and that includes creating meaningful opportunities for local subcontractors, tradespeople, and small businesses in the communities we serve.

We are actively seeking qualified subcontractors across multiple trades to support ongoing and upcoming disaster recovery projects. Whether you specialize in framing, elevation, electrical, roofing, demolition, or general residential work, we want to hear from you.

As a proud Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, we are committed to fair and transparent partnerships. We prioritize local talent, Section 3-certified businesses, and those looking to grow alongside a team that values professionalism, communication, and quality craftsmanship.
